Coil Types Including:

Refrigeration, Condenser, Evaporator, Chilled Water, Hot Water, Steam or Booster – utilizing either Plate Fin or Spiral Wound Fin. Industrial Coils for Ammonia, Brine or Glycol Service in Food Processing or Industrial Plant / Power Plant type of Applications.
New coils for smaller OEM applications or Retro Fit up to 40 feet long.

EpoxSil HVAC Coatings:

Coating of replacement coils, new HVAC units or OEM coils using EpoxSil which has the highest ASTM B117 salt test in the industry = 15,000 hours + 3 built in biocides that rejects the growth of bio film. EpoxSil is applied as dip and bake or spray applied and can be applied in the field. It also comes in custom colors including clear. We also apply other paint brands on HVAC equipment upon request and do Chiller Bell end work, commercial sand blasting, AHU and cooling tower refurbishment work, + other services and supply other heat transfer equipment.

Condenser coils are available in single or multiple circuits to meet any condensing or heat reclamation project. Replacement "L" shaped, "U" shaped, “G” shaped or round condensing coils can be manufactured to your specifications. 

EpoxSil Coatings

Bethel Products offers coating of new coils or entire units using EpoxSil HVAC paints. EpoxSil is a two part epoxy with three built in biocides to reject the growth of mold and mildew on coated surfaces.
